This new MP3 player from Thanko can be recharged with an AC adapter, by PC(USB), or simply by hand cranking. Just one minute of cranking will give you 10 minutes of music. It also has a built in flash light which will run 50 minutes for one minute of cranking. The Cranking MP3 Player supports MP3/WMA and it’s capable of storing up to 1GB of data and cost just $60. All off them contain a 3-LCD panel system that delivers consistently bright, true-to-life images of up to 2500 ANSI lumen of brightness. The VPL-EW5, VPL-EX50 and VPL-EX5 also feature Sony’s Bright Era imaging technology which involve an inorganic alignment layer within the LCD panel, making the display panels significantly resistant to damage from UV energy while allowing for increased aperture ratios. This concept desk looks like standard Ikea fare upon first glance, but a closer examination reveals a recessed middle that’s contoured for a custom Samsung laptop to dock into. Once locked in, the laptop keyboard sits flush with the rest of the desk, bringing new meaning to the term desktop PC. A novel idea, but I’d be more sold on the idea if it included connections to external accessories, like hard drives and speakers, when you docked the computer into the desk. Continue reading »

A few days ago we saw the first glimpse of the Sansa Fuze, and it has now been spotted available for pre-order on Amazon. As suspected the Sansa Fuze will have both radio and video (FM/WMA/MP3/MPEG4 support). Most features haven’t been listed yet, but we do know that it features a 1.9-inch display, built-in microphone for voice recording, MicroSD / MicroSDHC slot for expansion. A battery is capable of 24hrs audio playback and 5hrs video playback. Amazon has Sansa Fuze listed in Red, Black and Pink, but we know a Blue and Silver model are also coming. The only capacity known so far is 4GB’s priced at $99, but we can expect more capacities to be available soon. Continue reading »

The new 19-inch widescreen, all-in-one computer in stylish thin design is EUROCOM`s L390T. Features: built-in Wi-Fi wireless, Webcam, Bluetooth, HDMI and eSATA, built-in 2x speakers (2W) and it is compatible with Sound-Blaster PRO. It has five USB 2.0 port, slots for: 7-in-1 Card Reader, ExpressCard 54/34, MiniCard Socket. Its dimensions are: 450×312x66,5 mm and weights around 11kg. So you just need a mouse and keyboard and you are ready to go. It should be available in May.

Because technical details are not known yet all we can say that Asus MS71 is a wireless laser mouse and a USB thumb drive, yes in one device. How…..stupid. Its too small for mouse and too big for a USB thumb drive. But anyway, Cebit 2008 unveiled the Asus MS71, and sopposedly the base of this device opens and magic happens. Then you have two parts: wireless mouse and USB thumb drive on which you can store yet unknown amount of files. The mouse has a magnetic locking mechanism which attaches the transmitter for charging. How much will it cost and where will we be able to buy it, is not known yet. Continue reading »
