Acer Inc, former world’s no. 2 vendor has announced today that founder Stan Shih will become new chairman after disastrous financial results. The company made $446 million loss in third quarter of the year and this is the reason that company announced 7% reduction of its workforce and lead to corporate president Jim Wong resignation.
