Today Acer Germany officially released their two new netbooks, 10.1-inch Acer Aspire One D250 and Acer Aspire One 531. The D250 is powered by 1.6GHz Atom N270 or upgraded 1.68GHz N280 whichever you prefer, has 10.1-inch (1024×600) WSVGA display, up to 2GB RAM and 160GB hard drive, Intel’s 945GSE chipset, a multicard reader, WiFi, Ethernet and a 0.3 Megapixel Acer Crystal Eye webcam.
It measures 258.5 x 184 x 25.4mm and weights with the 3-cell (3.15hrs) battery 1.11kg and with 6-cell (6hrs) battery 1.27kg. Aspire One 531 has pretty much the same configuration as One D250, apart from super thin, 1-inch (max) thick body weighting only 1kg with the 3-cell battery. They are available at Amazon Germany, Aspire One D250 for €379 ($502) and Aspire One 531 for €399 ($529).
