AT&T started selling today, Samsung Impression featuring AMOLED touchscreen (active-matrix organic light-emitting diode), the first commercially-available with such a screen in the US.
It has 3.2-inch screen (400 x 240 resolution) very bright and clear, 3-megapixel camera, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, full-HTML browser. Samsung Impression costs about $199.99 with a new contract.
