Merlin Entertainments is the second largest company of its kind in the world right after Walt Disney, because it owns Legoland, Madame Tussauds and Chessington World of Adventures. The company has currently a turnover of $1,6 billion and it’s worth approx. $4,8 billion. 20% of the Merlin Entertainment will be offer to the public and even smaller shareholders can buy a stake (minimum $1,600). And if you’re a shareholder, you can get one-off 30% discount on certain entry passes for company’s theme parks.
