JVC company has presented its latest VHS, DVD and HDD recorders. On the outside the DR-HX500 and DR-HX250 are identical, only difference is DR-HX500 has 500GB drive and DR-HX250 has 250GB drive.

Both allow users to record two programs at the same time, have built in analog / digital TV tuner and support DTS and Dolby Digital format. Several terminals are available for connection to device: HDMI, D4, S-video and few other. Duo will be available in July costing, $906 the HX500 and $715 for HX250.
