Samsung introduced the latest member of the Samsung Q1 series of UMPC, called the NP-Q1EX-71G. It has a 7-inch touchscreen (1,024 x 600 pixel), and it’s powered by
VIA Nano ULV U2500 (1.2GHz) processor, VIA’s Chrome9 HC (HD-capable) graphics, 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 RAM and 60GB hard drive.

It also offers Bluetooth 2.0, 802.11b/g WiFi, SiRF built in GPS receiver, SD card slot and camera mounted on back end. Samsung claims this 4-cell 4,000mAh lithium ion battery is good for 4.5-hours of battery life. It’ lounch date is expected soon, presumably with a price tag of about $775.
