BMW 3 Series Coupe became the 4 Series but is noticeably wider and lower than a 3 Series and comes with the lowest center of gravity in BMW’s line-up. New 4 Series is also 60 % stiffer than the old BMW 3 Series Coupe and is much closer to a GT experience than to a proper go-fast one. It feature 135 kW, 280 lb-ft of torque, ZF automatic transmission type and 184hp. The roomy rear area only applies to people up to 1.75cm tall and the headroom seems a bit more limited than in the old 3 Series Coupe. The luggage compartment offers 15.7 cubic feet (445 L). First it will be available as BMW 4 Series 428i and 435i, later BMW will add engines 420i, 430d and 435d. The new BMW Series 4 price starts at ca. $40,500.
