AMD has released its new gaming graphics card and is claimed to be according to AMD „Ultimate GPU for a new era in PC Gaming“. Radeon R9 290X supports DirectX 11.2, OpenGL 4.3 and Mantle API. It features 2,816 stream processors, AMD Hawaii processor, 5GBs memory clock, engine clock up to 1GHz and 4GB of GDDR5 memory. That means that it has 5.6 Teraflops. Radeon R9 290X costs $550.
