Apple’s annual proxy filing (this Friday) has revealed that CEO Tim Cook received $4.25 million in salary and bonus. Cook received this amount in last fiscal year, which ended 28^th September. Apple also announced on Friday that will eliminate „blank-check“ authority. In last fiscal year Apple has earned $7.5 billion (net income) and had approx. $147 billion of cash position, from which returned $36 billion to shareholders in dividends and buybacks in the previous five quarters.
