China has banned gaming consoles in year 2000, because of the bad impact on the mental health of young people. But now the government of China has lifted this ban and will allow selling foreign game consoles. According to the Chinese government, ferign firms such as Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo etc. could make consoles within Shanghai’s free trade zone and sell them in China after cultural departments’ inspection. This is great news for foreign firms, because China’s video game market grew 38% from the previous year.
