The city of Los Altos has named Steve Jobs’ youth house a historical resource on Monday and this single-story ranch-style house is now eligible to be named a historic landmark. This is a higher-level designation and potentially listed on state and national registers of historic places. In this house Jobs and Steve Wozniak built first Apple computers. The house is currently owned by Patricia Jobs (adoptive sister) and is worth approx. $1,6 million.
