Russian tuning company TopCar has modified Mercedes-Benz G65 AMG with a Mansory body. Mansory bodykit features carbon front spoiler and redesigned air intakes together with a special front grille and vented hood. Modified G65 AMG is also packed with tinted windows, side vents, Mansory wheel cover, additional LED lighting and matte grey alloys set by ADV.1 Wheels. Lorinser released a set of renderings for their new Mercedes-Benz S-Class bodykit. Front bumper in their latest bodykit has three prominent air intakes and tell-tall fender vents have been included once again. Texas Armoring has made Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 bulletproof. This G63 is bulletproof also for rounds in AK-47, M16 or other military-derived guns. It also stops 7.6×63-millimeter (known as .30-06 Springfield) bullet in its tracks. The armored bits have made this G63 6×6 tip the scales at over five tons total. A top Mercedes-Benz executive Thomas Weber has confirmed that Mercedes-Benz planning to introduce a convertible version of its new S-Class flagship and the convertible model has already been cleared for production. S-Class convertible will be based on the S-class coupe that debuted in concept form at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. It will probably be powered vy a range of turbocharged V8 and V12 engines. High-performance AMG versions are also a distinct possibility. S-Class coupe will hit the market in 2015 and slot between the SL and SLS withing the Mercedes-Benz roadster lineup. Continue reading »
