US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration responsible for testing the crash worthiness of new cars gave Tesla five star safety. After NHTSA announcement Tesla’s shares jumped for more than 5% on the NYSE. This is great news for Tesla, which shares went down more than 25% after a few fires of Model S. Germany’s NHTSA equivalent cleared Model S regarding fires earlier this month, but NHTSA will release its reports about Model S investigation next year.
