V7 released two versions of models V7 Elite. Those versions are coming in 128GB and 256FB sizes. They have 2.5-inch and feature MLC NAND flash memory chips, SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, Sandforce SF-2281 controller, TRIM support and can read/write up to 550MB/s and 530MB/s. They cost $150 and $280.
