Dec 31

The Derp hacking group has attacked League of Legends on 30th December and knocked it offline for few hours. The Derp hacking group has claimed the responsibility via Twitter and confirmed it was aimed at US pro-gamer James Varga (nickname PhantomL0rd). The hacking group has revealed Varga’s home address and someone even called police, claiming that are hostages being held at Varga’s home. When police arrive at the scene, Varga was arrested and handcuffed but after the inspection of his home, the police figured it out that it was just a prank call. Varga has uploaded his response about the whole situation on his youtube account as you can see it in this video.
