NSA intentionally infected 50,000 networks

NSA has intentionally infected approx. 50,000 networks with malware, so that it could easily steal sensitive information. This news was leaked by former NSA employee Edward Snowden and iz was reported by Dutch newspaper NRC. According to NRC, this specific malware was used already by NSA department „Tailored Access Operations“ back in 2008 (approx. 20,000 networks) and department recently expanded the use of malware program. This malware features sleeper mode and can be activated with just a click of a button. Currently, NSA hasn’t commented yet.
