Maxis Emeryville studio’s general manager Patrick Buechner has announced on his blog that SimCity Offline is coming as a free download with Update 10 to all SimCity players. Currently, the game is still in developing but in final steps, Maxis Emeryville will make Offline available for DevTesters. The new addition will be Single Player Mode.
